Return of goods

We feel sure you will be very satisfied with your purchase however if for some reason you are not you can return it. Unless we have made an error you will have to pay the return cost and the product can only be accepted in re-saleable condition. Please return within 10 days of receipt. If a product is received damaged or defective please notitfy us promptly for us to take the necessary action.

Export orders

Panduro Hobby AB is a company that exports from Sweden to Germany and The Netherlands. We are currently unable to process web orders for delivery to addresses outside these countries. If you are based outside Germany or The Netherlands, please contact us at customerservice@panduro.se.

PANDURO HOBBY´S Environmental programme

Panduro Hobby offers craft and therapeutic products to both private and institutional customers. The products are either sold via mail order, in our shops Scandinavia only) or through retailers. As most other businesses, Panduro Hobby affects the environment in various ways. Consequently, we endeavour to control, prevent and minimise this effect on the environment in order as far as possible to be ahead of legislation affecting our business from an environmental point of view. 
Our ambition is to economise on resources as long as it is technically and economically justifiable. We therefore try to reduce our energy consumption, make environmental demands on our suppliers and strive to reduce the amount of waste material. We aim to assist our customers in selecting and using our products by giving details of contents, range of application and handling - among other things through a 16 item Product Information Sheet. In order to improve the monitoring of activities of an environmental concern, Panduro Hobby is currently developing environmental standards in accordance with ISO 14001.
