Feathers on the tiara!
Cut a leaf-shaped piece of felt. Glue the bird feathers in layers with quick glue; cut them to fit. Then glue a few small feathers over them. When dry, use a glue gun to attach the entire piece to the tiara. Last, decorate with Swarovski stones; attach with glue.
