Old or new?
You get that wear and tear effect with Distress Ink. First colour the surface with the Ink Blending Tool, in this case with the colours Walnut Stain and Vintage Photo. Dab the tool in the ink pad and brush on the white surface (can also be used on coloured paper, wood and fabric). Let it be a little mottled. When you are satisfied with the amount of colour, spray on water with the Mini Mister; allow to dry. Then stamp the motifs on top with the same colour. To reinforce the wearing, drag the Ink Blending Tool across the edges. Create the worn edges on the tag by drawing an Edge Scraper across the edges of the paper, then applying colour with the Ink Blending Tool.
